This tool is a private automation built and operated solely for the personal use of its owner, Michael Davidson. It is not offered to, or used by, any other person.

What data is accessed

• Read access to the owner's own Gmail inboxes, to identify relevant emails (bills, parcel deliveries, travel confirmations, subscription renewals, warranty/receipt emails).
• Write access to the owner's own Google Tasks, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets, to record the information extracted from those emails.

How data is used

Extracted data is used exclusively to create tasks, calendar events, and spreadsheet rows in the owner's own Google account, and to send the owner a Telegram notification. No data is shared with, sold to, or processed on behalf of any third party.

Data retention

Data created by this tool (tasks, events, sheet rows) persists in the owner's own Google account under the owner's normal control, and can be deleted by the owner at any time through Google's standard interfaces.
